This resort is amazing. We had our wedding here last week and everything came out spectacular. Areas in which they need to improve: food options, the restaurants weren’t so tasty and the buffet options seemed to be the same every day. The resort needs more night life and better entertainment throughout the day. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as promoted, but it is one of the nicest looking hotels I’ve been to in Mexico. The decor is beautiful and the beach is very clean.

Beautiful property. Great location, beach was amazing. Only downside, no heated pools and they seemed understaffed. Barely any service on beach and very little service by pools. Overall, we had a great time. Food was really good, great quality and options of food at buffets.

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was gorgeous. This visit you could see the ceilings coming down throughout all areas, stains, gym didn’t have enough free weights. For the money we paid for the adult section it just didn’t live up to our first visit.

After traveling to Cancun for over 25 years, the room upgrade we received made it the best vacation ever. The room exceeded our expectations. The ocean view was spectacular. The room was spacious and had a Jacuzzi on the balcony. It was delightful. The room we were given thanks to Expedia giving us the VIP honor is the Club Junior Suite Ocean Front. I hope you can experience staying here. We would like to thank the two butlers, whose names I don't remember, but they were always attentive to our needs.
