If you are a beach person, then this resort cannot be beat! The beach is enormous. The sand feels like flour in and out of the water. There wasn’t a rock to be found and no worry about stepping on something that would hurt. They have lots of chairs and shaded and unshaded options. 12 out of 10. The service and staff are fantastic. We had a swim up room that was incredible. The food was great. Enough activities and entertainment to be lively but not crazy. Elegance Club is worth the upgrade. This is our 7th all inclusive and our favorite. We will be back!

We had a great time at the Majestic. The property is beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and anything we ask our butler for was done very quickly. Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse. The wait staff that had was really exceptional. Over all the food was good. We tried the hydrotherapy at the spa and it was so relaxing we did twice. This was our first time in Mexico and it was better than we expected. Can't wait to visit the Majestic again.

This property was beautiful. Staff was very kind. The food was amazing. Lunch was buffet style, it was kinda cold. But breakfast and dinner was amazing. There were always beach or pool chairs no matter what time you went out. There were lots of lovely weddings happening. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful property. My only two flaws are : 1. I booked a romantic dinner and did not get the romantic dinner venue experience due to weather and get not get the ability to reschedule and still had to pay the same price even though I ate in a none romantic venue space . 2. Water leaked in thought the sealing in the bathroom and got things all wet we had in bathroom . All maintenance did was bring some towels for the floor . Food was amazing. Restaurant customer service was amazing. The room decoration for wife birthday was beautiful

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t take long when somet was needed to be brought to my room. They cleaned it daily and the property was breath taking. The drink were a bit watered down lol and it’s not really a party resort so if you’re going with kids or significant other this resort is perfect!
