What a Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the entire staff, and the level of service was impeccable. A special shout-out to our butler, Aaron, who went above and beyond to ensure our trip was flawless. His attention to detail and genuine care made our vacation unforgettable! Our dining experience was outstanding. As visitors with dietary restrictions (vegan), we are so grateful for the chefs and restaurant staff who consistently checked in with us about any allergies or dietary needs. They accommodated our vegan diet perfectly, and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant. The property itself is stunning—immaculately maintained and truly luxurious. Our rooftop pool room was breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We spent hours soaking in the views and enjoying the peacefulness of the private pool—it was absolutely worth every penny! The beach was absolutely pristine, with plenty of loungers and beds available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The nightly entertainment was top-notch and added so much excitement to our evenings. We were also lucky enough to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of the resort during our stay, which made the trip even more special. Property was very well kept. Even a couple days as it rained, the staff was making sure to clean up the water right away. Very good experience, the cleanliness was super appreciated. I love the concierge service on the club side, your room gets clean everyday and they turn down your room every night. Michelle made my reservation and gave me the info on the hotel everyday we were there the mini bar is excepcional and you actually have real liquor bottles in your room no airline size bottles.

The resort was beautiful! Plenty of dining options. The Entertainment Staff were friendly and engaging! All the staff were friendly and professional, they even tried learning ASL for our deaf friends! We will definitely return! There was something for everyone here!

Any of you planning to visit Cancun / Mexico, should consider Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres as a first choice. So many reasons I give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review, narrowed down to the way we were greeted and welcomed upon our arrival, until the last second of us checking out. The whole resort and staff made us feel very valuable, we were treated like family by every employee we ran into. Excellent customer service!!! A special thanks to the great service and best beef cuts at Don Jaume steak house, a special thanks to their staff, especially our man Willy!! Willy, is such an incredible-smart person, I am in the retail business for an internationally well know 100 years brand and excellent customer service is our culture that I found it in him.
