Great Apartment
Great apartment with everything I need. Hot water was nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked decent. Host was available to handle my needs and answer questions. Recommend this apartment for those wanting to visit cancun but avoid the tourist area. Its a bit of a distance from centro and beach area.

Lovely and clean place, properly run
The place was clean at all times, spacious suites with private bathroom. A communal kitchen by the pool with the necessary to prepare breakfast and a quick meal. The area/neighbourhood looked really quiet and safe and there was a supermarket, a convenience store and restaurants within a walking distance, no more than 5 minutes. There is also a shopping center 5 minutes by car. Renting a car would be advisable for those wanting to move around Cancun. Jessica, the manager is friendly and approachable at all times. Great hospitality. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It is well located to get to the airport. However, the other tenants were pretty noisy at night. Upon arrival there was no information on taxis, restaurants, neighborhood safety (especially for single women travelers). The manager did write me about it but after 10pm.

Santa Fe me ofreciĆ³ la necesario para estar una noche de paso, su ubicaciĆ³n no es muy buena si piensas desplazarte a las playas o a la zona hotelera. Es una casa adaptada para uso de las habitaciones, tal vez es un poco incĆ³modo que se escuchan las voces de quien platica en la otra recĆ”mara pero considero que si necesitas un lugar para quedarte, que sea emergente y econĆ³mico puede ser este Tampoco utilicĆ© la alberca, Creo que en limpieza puede mejorar todavĆ­a.

Estadia tranquila y segura
Jessica mantuvo una excelente comunicaciĆ³n desde el principio. La habitaciĆ³n y el establecimiento estaban limpios y se notaba la limpieza en todo momento. La habitaciĆ³n era muy cĆ³moda y fue de mucha utilidad tener una cocina para preparar algo rĆ”pido como asi tambiĆ©n bebidas. Hay supermercados y restaurants cercanos, si bien el lugar no esta cercano a la playa lo ideal es rentar un auto y aprovechar la tranquilidad de la zona. Recomiendo y volverĆ­a.

Es un lugar muy cĆ³modo para descansar te sientes como en casa y es muy autĆ³nomo pues te mueves dentro de Ć©l como si fuera una casa. Mi Ćŗnico inconveniente fue que realizaron una fiesta a las 2 de la maƱana y no dejaban dormir pero enseguida la administraciĆ³n respondiĆ³ y se les mando callar. Muy atenta en todo momento y muy amable y sin duda serĆ­a un lugar donde me volverĆ­a alojar a excepciĆ³n que estĆ” muy retirado de lo turĆ­stico.

Hermoso departamento en CancĆŗn
Javier es un anfitriĆ³n amable. Se preocupĆ³ por recomendarnos alternativas para almorzar. El complejo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Nuestra habitaciĆ³n en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y equipamiento. Realmente un lugar para recomendar.
