We had booked a 7-day all-inclusive holiday at Villa Del Palmar during Christmas. When we arrived to check in, they upgraded us to their sister resort adjacent to Villa Del Palmar, the 5-star Garza Blanca. We had access to the amenities of both resorts. Both resorts were stunning and beautiful in design and layout. Villa had more of a natural and rustic design with brighter colours that reflected the cultural aura of Mexico. Garza Blanca was more modern in design but the resort was simply beautiful with top of the line amenities and service. We would definitely visit any of these two resorts again.

The property was very beautiful, filled with natural greenery, tall palm trees, exotic plants. Service was top notch and the food at the restaurants was really great. Access to the sister property was also very nice. Very family friendly.

service around pool and beach was excellent and our room was very spacious with a wonderful view! One thing that was really annoying is having to wait for and sign a bill everytime we ate or drank anything.

I’ve been to Cancun multiple times and this hotel has been the worst experience I’ve had. I booked a double bed room and got a king bed at check in. Staff was not very helpful. Adventure desk at the pool lied about half the activities we purchased. All floors were extremely slippery and hotel charged extra fees at check out. I would never recommend this hotel

The cleanliness of the resort is remarkable. The staff go the extra mile to ensure that every inch is spotless. The issues I had were: the wifi was not great (was down for the first few days), the food (quality, variety, restaurant, order-in,etc) need significant improvement and there are not a lot of activities especially for families with kids under 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

the beach sand is very fine, water is calm. Beautiful view of Sun rise from the room. laundry machine is the room provide convenience. The Weather there is nice. food were pretty good

Very nice place, we stayed Dec12 - Dec 16th. The wind is a bit chilly at night and before noon, so bring something a bit warm just incase. Overall it was very good, service was great, food was good. Our only complaint was there was not much to do on the resort other than pool activities. Very Very clean place and VERY nice and friendly staff.
