Quiet resort with decent a la carte options but buffet is not always available (depends on occupancy) makes it difficult with children because they do not have have kids menu at most a la carte restaurants Beautiful facility and clean The kids club is also great but programs are sometimes cancelled due to lack of children attending the club.

This hotel is nice and the food was very good. Very clean property with very attentive nice staff. The only thing is it can be a far walk to the lunch buffet near the pool bar but other than that this hotel is very nice. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Tulum for our 10 year anniversary. We really loved it there and would go back! Here is some information: - The beach is a little rocky. On a day with clear water, you can just watch where you step! If the water isn't clear it helps to have Teva style shoes. - The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We did not have a single bad customer service experience! - The walkways are tile, so if it is a wet day you will want shoes with some grip to it. My Teva sandals worked perfectly! The employees did what they could to help with slippery walk ways. - We loved all the restaurants, but Noriku was our favorite! It was so good. - The tour company the Hilton uses was great - the folks at the tour desk are so helpful. It rained while we were there so we had to choose a different excursion and they put up with my 1,000,000 questions! - The drinks and food were really good! I wish there was a different cocktail menu at the different beach bars just to help add some variety but that is a nit pick. The bao buns at the Cocomar bar are SO good. After this experience, my husband and I immediately joined Hilton Honors. We were so impressed by the staff. Thanks to the Hilton Tulum for helping us celebrate our anniversary!

All the experience was amazing. I recommend to upgrade the experience to the Enclave level. They give you an excellent service, take care of everything you need. They help you with check in, restaurant reservations, with the bags, check out, transportation to the airport, among others. They have private areas, pools, restaurant and lounge with excellent food and service. The hotel is also wonderfull for families. They have kid special areas an amenities. Highly recommend the resort in Tulum!

My husband and I went for our honeymoon. Let me say that this place is hands down the best place we have ever been. It is gorgeous, the beach is beautiful, the pools are clean and food at the restaurant is so good! The fact that it was all inclusive was the best part. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here. We will definitely be coming back.
