Wonderful resort Well maintained overall but maybe just starting to be in need of a small upgrade Food in restaurants was very good Not much to do in the actual resort apart from relax. Outside tours a must to visit the ruins etc

Let me see how can I start because everything was amazing. Super helpful staff, different option for dining in and verities. If you want a vacation to relax this is the place. Only thing you have to do is wake up and have fun. Tulum and Playa de el Carmen just a 10 mins drive. Super amazing place definitely coming back.

The staff and facilities were great! There were two things that brought it down to a 4 star rating. The food was, at best, ok. I didn’t expect 5 star restaurants but this was not great. The other thing that was annoying… there were 3 large corporate events that occupied the main pools and made it hard to make reservations at the 4 main restaurants. We felt like we weren’t allowed to use the entirety of the resort.

The property was beautiful and the staff were very attentive! We had some issues with the water staying hot in the room and we had one full day without air conditioning. The staff offered some options to compensate for the inconvenience.
