Me cobraron una habitación, y cuando solicité el reembolso alegaron que era responsabilidad de Expedia, pero nunca me quisieron mostrar evidencia. Luego mencionaron que el Hotel estaba lleno y que por eso no me podrían reembolsar cuando era evidente que habían muy pocas habitaciones ocupadas en el Hotel. Hasta la fecha ni el hotel ni expedia me han reembolsado. Y cabe agregar que las habitaciones no eran cómodas ni limpias y el personal no mostró buena fe ni disposición para ayudar.

Como recomendación. Falta arreglar ducha de baño. Ya que pintura de descascara. También elementos, como el porta papel higiénico. Si esta malo. Mejor retirarlo. Que dejar el elemento en malas condiciones. Me parece buen establecimiento precio calidad. También debería variar el desayuno. Ya que la opción fue siempre, jamón con huevo y mole con una tostada. Al pedir mas pan, todo bien. Pero tal vez dejar las cosas a la mano, sería mejor. En general buen establecimiento precio-calidad

Sucio y mala atencion
Esta es la segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel. Al parecer cambiaron la administración y ahora está pésimo. El baño no lo lavaron, cuando me entregaron la habitación había basura en el piso y ahí continuó los dos dias que me quede, solo tendieron la cama pero no la asearon. Pedí factura desde que entré al hotel y me fui y nunca me entregaron mi factura, creo tendré que ir a reportarlo a hacienda. El desayuno según es de 7 a 11 y eran las 8 y no había desayuno xq el cocinero no fue a trabajar. Creo estaba mejor el hotel con la administración anterior

Es un ejemplo de como el photoshop altera la realidad, lo vi en fotos y luego en persona me dejó algunas dudas, es funcional el lugar sin mas que agregar. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y con el estacionamiento, si hay muchos ocupantes y llegas tarde en la noche ya han ocupado todos los espacios.

Al hacer check in nos atendieron bien, en la habitación incomoda... no había jabón, toallas, papel, ni televisión lo cual fue muy desagradable porque viajamos con niños, Tuvimos q solicitarlo en recepción, El baño sucio en mal estado, las literas muy altas imposible dormir con niños y la pequeña recámara donde está la cama matrimonial muy calurosa sin ventilador y no llega el aire de clima ahí, el desayuno es bueno pero es pequeño el comedor solo 6 mesas , no había espacio suficiente y fue la habitación más cara q pagamos en comparación a Bacalar y escarcega que también reservamos con Uds y que estuvieron mucho mejor las habitaciones e instalaciones

Por un buen precio obtienes ubicación aceptable, estacionamiento, buen trato del personal, habitación cómoda si no eres muy exigente, con clima y tv, en fin, si quieres un hotel agradable y económico, y eres aventurero, te lo recomiendo.

No tenían agua caliente , a la regadera le salía un chorrito , en el desayuno la señora tenía mal humor y no quería atenderte , el estacionamiento diminuto , no cabía mi camioneta , si vas por solo un día está pasable pero más de una noche es pésimo , por otro lado si sales un minuto tarde de la habitación te cobran otra noche ... no lo recomiendo

Todo muy bien el precio demasiado accesible y buena ubicación lo único que mejoraría en la la modalidad de hostal es que no tienen lockers y la llave del lavabo no funcionaba bien. Pero en general el servicio muy bueno, el personal amable y atento.
