This was a great trip The view was amazing My only complaint is the noise there's a lot of construction going on so use those earplugs. They really don't stop construction until about midnight. Nice friendly people clean room 21st floor.

Great spacious and clean room. No microwave. Hotel itself had some noise. You can hear pipes making noise when other people turn water on. Right by draw bridge so lots of noise from that. Room refrigerator was noisy as well. Overall very nice. Very pleasant staff.

the staff were all so kind and helpful and the hotel lobby was beautiful, there’s a tram right next to the hotel which you can use for free and was super useful!! the only downside was that it was kind of loud (cars revving, honking, bikes) but that’s not the hotel’s fault, they provide you with earplugs to help. Overall, a really great stay!

Our stay was ok, everything good except for the parking. There is no parking lot at the hotel, they have valet parking option for $53 or parking in the city garage which is $20 a day, this was not convenient for us specially when you have to go to several appointments. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms need an update. Other than that all good.
