When I got to the reception they informed me that the reservation didn’t exist. I tried to contact Expedia and there was no help. Even in the Expedia system when I was asked to enter the itinerary number , your cyber help told me that there was no reservation under that number. I end up paying for a room myself because I had no choice. I’m requesting a full refund for this mess that you created and I also want to share that it was very frustrating and unpleasant moment that you got me into.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past decade and always have a great experience. Excellent location, rooms and common areas are well designed, overlooks the beautiful Miami River and the striking downtown buildings. Would have given 5 stars except for parking issues: valet very expensive and staff didn't seem to be able to efficiently direct us to parking garage (which we eventually found on our own). This is the first time we have traveled to downtown Miami using our personal vehicle rather than relying on public transportation, which was a mistake. Also, in order to check in an hour early had to pay an additional $20. The room was ready. That is a pretty offensive policy. We checked out at 6:45 am, which is over 4 hours before check-out time, perhaps we will be due a credit? (NOT! -LOL)
