Beautiful location with great vistas of The Palm and Atlantis. Spacious rooms, family friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff who facilitated everything from Airport transfer to tour bookings and dinner reservations. Several restaurants specializing in various cuisine types, with great tasting food. Well attended private beach area and pools. Highly recommend Zabeel Saray amongst the resorts in the Palm Jumeirah.

I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful Ottoman-inspired design and incredible views of the Arabian Gulf. My room was spacious, super comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The spa was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. This place is pure luxury, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it for a memorable Dubai getaway.

Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well looked after.

Staying at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to unparalleled luxury and impeccable service. The place looks incredible, like you're in a fancy palace, and it makes you feel really special. They've got awesome stuff like a super relaxing spa and great places to eat.
