The rooms were great. Great decor and comfortable bed. The staff was super friendly and the they had a great rooftop bar and restaurant at night as well as a cute lounge with a DJ in the first floor. The only downside was the pool area on the rooftop was a little too tights not too appealing and a lot of construction around which was basically your view.

the service at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Their team went above and beyond for me, ensuring I had everything I needed. I also had to work a few days & the WiFi was amazing. As a solo female traveler, I felt super safe, cared for & knew the staff would help me with whatever I needed (because they did)

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Mustafa and Michael from reception were excellent, the Filipina who’s a supervisor of the dining experience was excellent, over all the hotel was excellent, I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will chose this hotel again and again
