Really fabulous location, helpful staff and great swimming pool. I really enjoyed being able to walk to the mall, and be so central. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing I didnt enjoy as much was that the air conditioning would default back to 23°c and the room is quite small. So it could get quite hot and stuffy. It would be good if the air conditioning was able to stay at a lower temperature.

This was a great spot for our first stay in Dubai. Right across the road from Dubai Mall - about a 5 minute walk. Close to the Burj Khalifa, and a central spot to drive to key touristy areas near the CBD. Amazing views of the Burj Khalifa from our room - make sure you pick a Burj Khalifa view room!

We love this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to Dubai Mall. They have free shuttle or you can walk. The room is of good size. The staff were friendly. The tgif coffee shop is a plus.

This hotel deserves its great reputation. I arrived very early off a long overnight flight, I couldn’t check in straight away (which is fair enough) so I went exploring and when I came back a few hours later my room was ready even though it was still well before check in time. Every single staff member I interacted with was warm and helpful. Little supermarket in the lobby is reasonably priced and I also ate at Fridays which was also good. Dubai Mall is an easy walk from the hotel. Nice room, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again without question.

Amazing hotel in the heart of downtown Dubai. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. the restaurant and supermarket had great options and the breakfast was very good. View of the Burj Khalifa was beautiful. There is also a free shuttle to popular areas! Only complaint is there is not a complete outlet in the bathroom and the hairdryer is in the desk.
