Upscale and luxurious. Everything is available. You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc. Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone. Valet was very experienced and not a single scratch on my RAM TRX (oversized pickup). luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first). Reception was easy to communicate with. The pool is a one of a kind experience, and so is the beach. rooftop for dinner is also amazing. This place is a vacation in itself. go for it! not for families as can be noisy.

I did not appreciate the fact i was given misleading information that the security deposit 1000AED/300.18USD taken when i checked into my room 107110 was not returned immediately and i had to call several days after checking out to discover Five Palms plans to hold on to my money for 14-21days when i have left Dubai They did not send any email to confirm their intentions to hold on tomy money,it is extremely off putting

Really nice hotel, I had unpleasant experience with the stuff. Got locked out of my room in underwear. Called them to bring me the new key, they insisted for me to come down half naked to bring them my documents (which I didn’t have with BECAUSE I GOT LOCKED OUT) . Had to come down undressed, it was really embarrassing, never experienced anything like that in my life…

Nice hotel but very loud at night the quality of people very bad ! Most of them very young and drank and a lot working girls all around
