Staff very professional and helpfull, the Front Office Manager Erica Quintero was excellent and Louisa were very professional and gave us great attention. And the people from the breakfast area were excellent as well. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks so much!!

Buffet breakfast was amazing, food was great quality. Kids club was a hit and free for 2hrs daily, giving us parents some time alone to spend in the adults pool. All staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big. Gym had a lot of equipment which was great.

I stayed at the Fairmont 24H and it was a very nice and peaceful stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. I loved my spacious room. It’s clean. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. I would recommend the Fairmont at the Palm. Beach view!

Beautiful hotel, the only issue we had with one of our rooms is that the shower would not drain as fast as it should causing the bathroom to become very wet & slippy, we did notify the front desk and housekeeping but the problem was not resolved. Bit apart from that lovely hotel.

We had a really lovely stay at Fairmont the palm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Staff member Mariam really made my daughter happy. As she was very friendly, great customer service, happy and became friends with my daughter and made her stay pleasant. She was always looking out for the staff as they really kids friendly.

Excellent hotel, good attention of the personnel, breakfast buffet was wonderful good variety, the pool was cold even we went in july when the heat outside was insane We did not eat in any of the restaurants inside the hotel but they look good Location great I will go back for sure
