Beautiful hotel, the only issue we had with one of our rooms is that the shower would not drain as fast as it should causing the bathroom to become very wet & slippy, we did notify the front desk and housekeeping but the problem was not resolved. Bit apart from that lovely hotel.

We had a really lovely stay at Fairmont the palm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Staff member Mariam really made my daughter happy. As she was very friendly, great customer service, happy and became friends with my daughter and made her stay pleasant. She was always looking out for the staff as they really kids friendly.

Excellent hotel, good attention of the personnel, breakfast buffet was wonderful good variety, the pool was cold even we went in july when the heat outside was insane We did not eat in any of the restaurants inside the hotel but they look good Location great I will go back for sure

This was our second stay at Fairmont The Palm. The staff were very helpful and attentive, however breakfast service could be slow . We got upgraded which was a lovely surprise . I was really bothered by the late night music that started around lunch time and went on until around 1am. It will put me off staying there again I’m afraid.

This was our first time at the Fairmont and it did not disappoint. The lobby is so large, so too the gymnasium and the swimming pool is excellent! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. One minor point was the water pressure from the shower was slow. Breakfast was a lot of variety as was dinner! We stayed half board and it was worth it! Can I make a reccomendation to lower the price of the half board package? I noticed that there were a lot of empty tables in the evening. Although there are several restaurants to choose from which may he the reason why. We chose the International buffet every night! Staff are very friendly and courteous. One tip is the Fairmont offers a shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai mall. It's not frequent but very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There is a premium to pay (we stayed at the Dukes last year which was at least 1000 pounds less half board for the four of us), but I would say its worth it.

The half board is a great way to experience various dining options and buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were all amazing

We had to ask severally for the cleaning to be done and they just did a basic clean. When we complained they finally came and did a proper clean of the room. The breakfast was always crowed and had a queue. First time I have seen a queue in a five star hotel. It made us get late for other other appointments
