My plan was to arrive to my hotel, check in at 3pm, and relax a bit in time for the tour I had booked for 5pm that evening. Due to the delay of housekeeping cleaning my room, I was finally able to get into my room at around 3:45pm. I was annoyed because I was tired, and I had a headache, and the front desk receptionist kept telling me that it would be another 10 to 15 mins, and it ended up being 45 mins. By the time I got up to my room, unpacked and prepared to go on my tour at 5pm, it was about 4:15pm. When I got into the taxi and asked how long it would take to arrive to the location of the tour, I was told it would take about 30 to 45 mins due to the rush hour traffic. Needless to say, I missed my tour, and I lost my money. The room was nothing fancy, but the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim. I had to go to the window to make sure my makeup was okay, because even the lighting on the true to light mirror in the bathroom wasn't that bright. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the staff was great, and it was in a good location, but I was highly displeased with the delay in my check in.

Brand New Hotel

Everything was perfect. The hotel had just opened, and everything was brand new. The staff was excellent, especially the reception team and the woman who served the welcome drink. The facilities on the beach were entertaining, and the pool was great. They also have a dance instructor who leads workouts with guests while they are in the pool.

ā€œWe stayed for week and definitely left with that feeling to come back and enjoy this lovely place for more longer! And it has a beautiful view! This place offers lots of amenities pool, private beach,buffet even a cake šŸ˜‹ and more ā€¦ The reception staff who welcomes us was really warm and polite and arranged a room decoration with cake for our Sonā€™s first Birthday.Lovely staff in restaurant celebrated our sonā€™s birthday with beautiful cake and special cake to say goodbye. Special thanks to chef Shukal to make food according our deitary requirement. Great hospitality thanks to Samadhi, Islam, Mohammed,Aya,Leena, Rajiv, Azib and Rajib and rest of the staff members.

Great selection of healthy eating options in the main restaurant, with staff extremely helpful and accommodating of any requests. Spa was excellent. Thoroughly recommend booking a treatment!
