Our stay here was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The cleaning was great, they left everything looking very nice. The view from our room (Seaview)was amazing. One thing that I liked was that we have access to both pools one from Hilton The Walk and the other one from Hilton Jumeirah also you have the privilege to have a private beach access and use of the beach bench, chairs etc. I noticed that others don't have it or if you used the public beach and want to used them you have to pay for that while if you stay at Hilton its completely free of charge.I would most definitely recommend it to others and we would most definitely stay here again.

Great hotel overall. Nice and kind staff, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was very good (but should remove the pork section, it's a muslim country and us from the west coming here, expect to taste and eat local cuisine). The room was great and clean - great bed and TV, but bathroom a bit outdated. Deposit was too much. Pool was great and clean, nice temperature and private beach access was really good (one of the reasons for choosing this hotel), sun loungers were top too. Also fitness studio was great. Excellent property for families with spacious three bedroom suites. Only downside is it’s about 150 Durhams to the main attractions in Dubai like burj Khalifa. The area it’s in is full of restaurants and nightlife

At check in the they downgraded the room I reserved, which I refused and we end up with the room I paid for originally, although I’m a gold member with Expedia and I have to get upgraded based on availability.

Great week at the Hilton, we had a family suite which was very large and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent and great service from the lifeguard who made sure we had the sun beds we wanted. 4th time at this hotel but we will return

Great service from everyone there, but the building wasn't intended to be a hotel, and it negativity affected my stay. Elevators are tiny and hard to get because the building is not designated to serve hundreds of rooms up and down a 40 story hotel. Likewise, rarely had hot showers because the building's plant probably wasn't intended for the water use of a hotel v. a condo.

The suite rooms were clean and well Presented and the pools well maintained and well serviced. However the lifts are very slow and small and take ages to get from floor to floor. The staff in the Hartisan restaurant were all very helpful and polite especially the Egyptian manager Trader Vic’s was great for dinner and cocktails !

The staff is phenomenal, incredibly polite and professional. The room is immaculate. The access to the beach and dining is convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I will be staying here going forward.

Esta é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel e voltarei sempre! O pessoal é muito atencioso e simpático. O hotel tem excelentes áreas de lazer. Excelente área para passear, ao pé da praia, com óptimos restaurantes e comércio ao redor. O Marina Mall fica a 15 minutos caminhando.
