it was bad sevice from the time we want to check -in, we came about 2.00pm, we order 3 rooms but the lady said checked in time 3.00pm, the we go back out to find some food and came back at 3.00pm sharp, and the only room that ready was 2 room, they tell us straight in our face that we cant checked in for the third and must come back again for the 3rd room. why she dont just checked them in first, just do the documents first. we had our tour dessert safari that afternoon, so we have to leave them, no point arguing. then come to the breakfast time tommorow morning,the elevator was not enough to accomodate full booking capacity, we must wait about 10 minutes just to go down to the lobby during 9.30am from 6th floor. ended up we take the stairs. we also found water leakage infront of room 502. it was quite a lot. the only thing is good from this hotel is the location, top notch location they even had their private beach section, so to play on the beach it was very comfortable.

Only had one meal at this hotel for breakfast, food was cold and there were flies around the food, thankfully with the package we could eat at the sister Hilton hotel and had the rest of our meals there, food was warm and was a nicer environment to eat at that hotel. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts were terrible, often had a long wait and lifts regularly stopped on floors when nobody was waiting. Nice hotel, spacious apartments in a good location but not sure we would stay again

The apartment condition was excellent, clean and spacious. Swimming pool was nice and not busy and was heated. The private beach was lovely but a bit small and sunbeds were quite close together. Kids room was nice but the games room was unattended by staff so there were some kids misbehaving and abusing the facilities. Overall it was great and would comeback again

Overall a great property anyone could ask for. - Location / Staff / facilities. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team, who did their duties wholeheartedly. Had 2 issues which I think were quite disturbing: 1. Type of room - initially not given what we had booked & paid for a month in advance. One of the check in staff was rude and said cannot do anything about it. After a few minutes of argument, another staff realised my concern & allocated the correct room but we couldn’t move in until 5:30 pm. So a day wasted. 2. discrimination - Being brown skinned, we were on various occasions asked if we were staying at the hotel to use the private beach / pool facilities (unlike majority of the other guests).

Great on B&B basis

Happy and dissapointed at the same time.....we booked a 4 bed suite via hotels.com on a half board basis...room and cleaning staff were fabulous, Breakfast food and staff were second to none...Pools and beach areas were excellent (shared with Hilton JBH) so great hotel if you dont have food allergy....our daughter is allergic to dairy and gluton and while the hotels will tell you in their reply that they cater for all requirements they actually dont !! In Hartison buffet we found grilled chicken she could eat but nothing else but salad so twice we asked 2 chefs if they could do some boiled rice....point blank no was the reply...after dinner i did complain and was told by head chef that they would put some on for her (after dinner) Wave breaker refused to do some grilled chicken for her when we asked and to add insult we ordered water at 11 euro a bottle they brought 3 glassed as 'she wasnt eating' ..... this attitude by the hotel was in danger of ruining our week so we decided not to try again so ate out where she had no issue being catered for.....so to sum up if i was ever to go back and i doubt i would it would be on a B&B basis as Breakfast staff catered for her fantastically well ..Also to note on checkout wasnt even asked if we enjoyed our stay.
