It was a very nice clean hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by staff. The entrance screams fancy. Check in process was smooth. Staff was very accommodating for any request. I did enjoy their onsite dining. The AYCE breakfast buffet was great. The outdoor dining restaurant served amazing food. I went there mostly every day lol. I wasn’t fond of the bar food.

Honestly loved the staff at this hotel. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and had a smile on their face! Gilbert at the front and Vijay from room service were the most memorable, loved how helpful they always were. In the first few days we had a room without a proper shower and only a tub so it was difficult to wash our hair without flooding the bathroom floor, but as soon as we asked the front desk they gladly switched us to a better room with a proper shower. The rooms were nice, they could use a bit more light and more outlets especially in the bathroom for our straighteners and curling irons but other than that we were able to make it work. There was a salon on the bottom floor and a convenience store right beside the hotel that was a few steps away which was super convenient. The gym was great. Unfortunately, did not have a chance to try out the restaurants and other facilities within the hotel so can’t comment on those but they do have a variety to choose from. Would gladly stay here again!

It was conveniently located, walking distance to train station, Dubai mall, Dubai Fountain and top of Dubai. The property has 3 different restaurants onsite, rooftop patio, swimming pool and 24 hours gym. Staff was friendly, professional and personable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel provided free bottles of water, placed freshly baked cookies in the lobby along with lemon water. Hotel lobby was very inviting.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. I booked to stay 2 nights with balcony overlooking the Burj Kalifa View. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the upmost welcome by Mohamed. He was very friendly and informative and gave us a stunning room. The staff were helpful taking your bags out the car and to your room. The facilities in the room are second to none. You have everything you could ever need and more. Room service is 24/7 and not bad priced. The restaurant and bar area is very beautiful and overlooks the Burj and waterfront. I cannot fault anything about our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was one of the most magical trips we have ever had and this is down to the facilities and wonderful staff. Highly recommend Radisson Blu to anyone staying in Dubai and wanting to be located quite central. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one <3

I was very disappointed with the hygiene level at the hotel. The smell in the bedroom as well as the bathroom was unpleasant, almost smelled like sewage. The hot shower didn’t work automatically, I had to ask for room maintenance (they were helpful though). The staff were professional and nice, but the facilities at the hotel are outdated and the whole hotel needs some serious renovation. I also didn’t appreciate the food quality for their breakfast buffet.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. All our requests were acted upon instantly. Breakfast included option was very nice. There was lots of food choice. We were offered a free upgrade due to the cleaning of the booked room was a bit delayed. Overall I was very happy with this hotel and the staff and would definitely recommend if anyone is planning a stay at Dubai.
