Excellent location & best of services one could look forward to. Great onsite restaurants & lot of eateries around the corner on Bay avenue. Bay avenue is also great for waking/running. Overall centrally located & close to dubai metro. Taxis always available at the property. Taj also arranges for airport pickup & drop off, at a cost.

The service was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was a cornucopia of options in a bright atmosphere. Great lounge furniture options at the pool with covered cabanas and chairs. We used the shuttle daily to visit the mall and Burj Khalifa. It was an excellent experience!

Staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge. The hotel overall is clean. Our room was large as we got an upgrade. We were also offered late check out and the option to shower and change before our late flight in the hotel spa. Which was very accommodating. Molten Brown moisturizer and shower gel was nice in the bathroom, In general the hotel needs a spruce up. Walls need painting throughout and curtains need replacing or at least steaming. Bathrobes were rather shabby. There were stains on the carpet in our room. The flooring in the entry way to our room needs attention. The bathtub needed a good clean. We only used the shower. I was expecting a 5 star hotel but there are quite a few areas that need attention in order for this star rating to be applicable.

It was very nice to stay at Taj dubai, essy access to mall via hotel transportation and a lots of food options outside via walkable. Hotel was very nice and clean. They cleaned our room everyday and felt really nice to come to clean room. All the staff were really unique nice and restaurant in hotel called bombay brasserie was the best options for my parents to eat all indian food. Thank you all the staff :)

This property was absolutely gorgeous, staff was friendly and helpful. You can book your tours with them in the Lobby and the breakfast buffet was great. Luxurious with breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.

on your way into the hotel, there is no attendance to guide you to the check-in desk. I noticed when you checked in the carpets were not cleaned. my room was very nice, but I found crumbs under the bed. The cleaning lady re-organizes the belongings that you put in your room
