Lovely stay at this hotel whilst visiting Twycross Zoo. Friendly staff. Went swimming twice with our 1 year old and 4 year old. Complimentary towels both times. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend

Food in Truimph restraunt was very poor. Me I text too small could not read. People was using it phones with touch and camera to zoom. Food was slow coming out. Then the burger was over cooked cold / hard. Pizza had no flavour Stone cold like rubber. Real Shame

Good value, nice place.
Stayed the night before a wedding. We received a free upgrade which was nice. The room was lovely and quiet. The only negative was no air con but there was a fan provided. I do think a larger tv would be nice but not the bed of the world. Facilities were good the pool wasn’t the cleanest with black hair floating but otherwise all ok. Generally I was pleased with our stay. It’s our second time here and both pleasent enough and would def stay again. It was extremely good value for money. 👍👍

When I arrived there were used pizza boxes around the hotel. In the reception, in the rotunda & in the bedroom corridor where my room was located. Stayed many times (since was a Hanover International Hotel) and usually is immaculate. New chairs around the pool are a vast improvement. The sun beds just infringed on the pool side and people stayed there for hours blocking everything up for swimmers. Well done!

Executive room small and looked out on brick block and scaffold stairs When was not correctly made up by the maid each day A lot of noise with doors banging at all times of the day and night Children a wedding going on with children screaming and playing up and down the corridors keeping people awake This is Hotel is very tired and it may seem the staff are also overstretched and some are rude servive is dreadful

All the gear no idea
Staff not friendly to be honest slightly rude they don’t make you feel welcome at all. My room i paid extra for excutive and my shower drain did not even work. The hotel is a bit tired now has potential though
