Definitely not worth the price! No one else was there and we asked for upgrade and they wouldnā€™t do it. The staff is gone at night so youā€™re on your own if you need anything. Ask to have jacuzzi turned on and cleaned and it never heated up.

Hotel Partana was very relaxing and unique. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. There are a few restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Partana!
I recently stayed at Hotel Partana in Valle de Guadalupe and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, and a tasting room. The staff was wonderful, making our three-night stay very enjoyable. The rooms were super clean, fresh, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The view of the vineyards from the property was simply stunning, and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The views from our room were gorgeous, adding to the overall experience. I 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Great setting & room, but uncomfortable night's sl
Loved the location, the room and the setting but the air conditioning unit did not work well in the night and the room was very warm. Also, it had a very firm mattress (a negative for me) and the hardest pillows I've ever slept on.

Hotel Partana is located in a great part of the valley. Accessible to a lot of wineries and some graat restaurants. The staff was very accommodating, the views from the rooms were stunning, overlooking the vineyards. The property is wonderful just to have a stroll around. Also with FINCA restaurant s on property is a big plus, it has a great vide and super good food

The place is gorgeous, best hotel bed Iā€™ve had in years of constant traveling, but it was all ruined by the attitude of the lady in the front desk who mistreated us since we ordered more towels in the morning and complained there was no hot water threatening to charge extra for everything, letā€™s start by saying the room wasnā€™t cheap, quite the opposite. When we wanted to leave she treated us like thieves making us wait in the lobby while they found someone to go check the minibar before letting us checkout. Her attitude was terrible, she made it clear that we were an inconvenience for her for booking last minute. Itā€™s unfortunate how a single person ruined the experience of an otherwise great place.
