Like the hotel location ad it is next to a shopping mall with many food options. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is the strong cleaning scent use at the hallway that tricker my allergies and made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Cleaning crew also should check essentials in the room like tissues, shower gel and provide proper refill.

After we checked in and opened the door, we found two large roaches on the bed. We were not happy with this. We disposed of the roaches and then left the room eat dinner. When we returned we found seven more roaches in the room. We immediately complained to the front desk and we're moved to another room. We feel this was a definite violation of Florida Health Codes, and should be looked into immediately.

I recently attempted to stay at this property, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The building is in dire need of upgrades, and the service was below par. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least 15 minutes, and once someone finally appeared, they couldn’t locate my reservation in their system. Additionally, they were unable to accommodate an early check-in as requested. After dealing with these issues, I ultimately decided to stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made to both the facility and customer service.

Nice but could be better.
The accommodations were great. During check in I was asked how often I wanted my room attended. I responded daily. Housekeeping never made a bed nor changed the sheets during my six days there. I received towels twice. One day I left the trash out in hallway for emptying.
