Would expect better from Hilton.
Reservation made in May for stay in Aug. Wouldnt honor room even though we called twice on same day to give arrival time. Not very friendly and room was mediocre on cleanliness. Buffet over priced for breakfast at 40 bucks. Location close to cruise terminal.

During my 3 night’s stay there, room service only cleaned the room one time. There is no fridge in the room but small cooler to keep your food and water chilled only. The reception employees were very nice and helpful. There is no parking for the cars. You have to pay a lot of money in a parking lot next to the hotel. Overall staying there was disappointing and I will never go back there.

Convenient to port for cruise ship. Wouldn’t stay at otherwise. The elevators aren’t located close to front desk. There was no air walking to elevators or inside until you got to the floor you needed. The front desk doesn’t tell you to pull up on handle in door (not down) so we had to go downstairs and ask. Once we finally got into the room, the room wasn’t cleaned from previous stay. Went downstairs again and was changed to another room. The staff wasn’t very friendly neither during this whole ordeal. AC in room didn’t blow lower than 72.

Loved the property overall. Close proximity to airport, restaurants, etc. It was clean and in a seemingly safe area. Staff were accommodating. Good pricing. Shuttle to airport cost $25 - the only concern is that we were told we could pay card or cash. Arrived at airport and driver said cash only - which we didn't have.
