This has been one of the best beach stays I’ve had in a while. Honestly, better than booking a hotel! The apartment is well kept, spacious, and very clean!! Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are even included! The proximity to the beach and broadwalk is perfect. Marco is a wonderful host, great communicator, and always available if needed. What a gorgeous setting!! The condo was clean and convenient. Added touches like beach chairs and umbrellas for our use!! Communication was excellent. Very responsive to my questions. Parking is close quarters but very convenient (this was an extra charge so watch for that) . But the view!! Might as well say it is oceanfront because it looks and feels that way! We were in the end unit with nothing blocking the view of the beach. I forgot to take pictures because I was just soaking it in. Fabulous stay!!

Being close to the beach was nice but the rest was very mediocre, felt more like a cabin, the shower was so like a vault, barely enough room to turn around, bottom of toilet was dirty, curtain rod completely. I know it’s a beach apartment but the upkeep could be way better. The parking is extremely tight, 3 cars had to fit bumper to bumper in a row, almost impossible to get out since our space was the furthest from the road. Without notice there was a knock at our door at 9:00 with a remote and all we heard was people walking heavy above us and a party right outside our window (blinds broken) with Hispanic music blaring. I would’ve gladly paid the $40. parking fee instead of the $20. charged here. Didn’t feel clean nor safe at this location. I gave 2 stars for the comfortable bed. (also, roach crawling on the bathroom wall)

Perfect beach location
The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Literally less than a minute and you can be sitting on the beach. The place has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway, the chairs , beach towels , umbrella. Marco is fantastic, he responds very quickly and is very well organized . I got the door code in a timely fashion and had no problem getting right into the room without having to go through check in process , which was perfect . Parking was also available on premises, which I loved. Publix supermarket was 6 minute drive. Having a kitchen with stove , fridge and dishes makes it perfect. You can leave the beach for a short while, have a home cooked meal and go right back to the beach without losing any sun time . The area is great , you can walk on the boardwalk , jog, listen to the live music, etc. Many people are around even later at night , but the place is still quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you Marco for making our stay such a stress free experience!
