Ever never book this hotel again, this hotel almost screw up my trip! “Hilton “ sounds is good hotel, when walk in to lobby were impressed with bar and restaurant but once step in the room seems back to 20 years ago, those old furniture were scattered and peeled off . I didn’t bother to complain because I just stay one night to wait for my flight at early morning . 4 o’clock at morning when I ready to leave from my room on six floor I found had no elevator was out of order since night before without notice . I called front desk told my boarding time is 5 am get to rush to go to airport, she tell me carry my luggage down to stairway . That is full of sh…..! Can’t believe when I go stairway door next to elevator it was lock ! How can I get out ! I was keep calling ..! Finally an old guy come up to show me to get down from other stairway at end of the building which no body tell me . Thank God ! I catch the flight . But it is nightmare !!

They wait for you to leave so they can charge you an unnecessary $118.03 from your card. So keep an eye on your account for extra unnecessary charges. Saying it was mistake but they also tried to charge extra for deposit. It was suppose to be $50 and they tried to charge $100 saying oops it was a mistake. Very unprofessional to make money mistakes like that.

I didn't like that there was no working phone in my Room # 631 No working phone in hallway not safe..... Bartender was amazing he worked night shift Monday or Tuesday he's a new guy to your team...... He's a must keep! Brenda was amazing also very kind and helpful.before & after stay.. All staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were stranded for 3 nights due to the 7/19 IT outage. They were sympathetic and accommodating.
