All good with the hotel however rooms are very hot with no AC. And we had a room at the front and other guests were allowed to party and be very noisy until very late. That was disappointing

Lovely but no plug socket by bed
Reception and bar area was modern and clean. Only downside was that there wasn’t a plug socket next to the bed. The only socket wasn’t a standard one and was designed for the lamp

Too busy, too noisy
The room I had was noisy due to the elevator being near. Windows could not be closed properly due to window mechanism which meant I heard every car in the car park moving. Due to the gym being busy there where people driving into the car park at 6am with their banging House music. Not a relaxing stay and not what I’m used to when working on business trips. Would I stay again? I don’t think so.

Stay was comfortable staff were friendly rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't the greatest and cost over inflated £12 for some dried out scrambled egg which was the only egg choice, bacon was only streaky type. Biggest issue was trying to get a VAT receipt from hotels .com as the invoice provided by Hotel.com doesn't show this breakdown which I need for my company to claim back.

Comfy mattress, lumpy pillows! Tumblers for water at night would have been nice. Having said that, nice place, great for an overnight stay. Appreciated hairdryer in room too.

What a fantastic hotel...when we've been to leeds before on several occasions we've stayed in the city centre..crowne plaza....this Hotel absolutely blows them away...would highly recommend
