Great stay and good price!!
My recent stay at this hotel at Leonardo Hinckly exceeded all expectations. I booked 4 rooms with 5 kids and 7 adults for Oct half term. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by the most attentive and professional staff. The front desk team, particularly during check-in, demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their warm smiles and efficient service. Special shout out for Annmarie & Lizzie manager!!
The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was spotless, with crisp, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and meticulously cleaned bathroom fixtures. The attention to detail was remarkable – from the perfectly arranged toiletries to the streak-free mirrors and windows. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Whether it was the concierge providing local recommendations, the room service team's prompt delivery, or the housekeeping staff's thorough daily cleaning service, every interaction was marked by courtesy and professionalism.
The common areas, including the restaurant, fitness center, and hallways, were consistently well-maintained and sanitized.
