The hotel is beautiful however for the cost it should offer more activities. By the third day I was extremely bored. If you want R&R then this is perfect for you. There was mostly honeymooners. The DJ played outdated music. There’s only 1 restaurant option for lunch but the food was excellent. I don’t think I would stay here again.

If you want relaxation and great service, this is the place for you. This was a very great and accommodating hotel. From the personal concierge who handled all of our needs, to the friendly housekeepers, to the restaurant staff who made sure everyone was happy, and the great bar, it really is a great place to come. We only had an issue with our one night we couldn’t come because of the hurricane, but no worries, concierge Janet and supervisor Luis made sure our stay was welcomed and nice and we are very grateful for the experience. Will definitely be back again

My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The only "negative" I would give is that at other resorts, they have done more to make you feel celebrated (bottle of champagne in the room, chocolate-covered strawberries, etc). Even still, there was an effort made. Also, I never met my butler face to face, which was something we weren't used to. Lastly, we were surprised that we didn't get a choice of alcohol to have in our rooms upon arrival—something we've come to expect at this type of resort. Other than these very minor things, our stay was excellent. The food was the best of any other resort we've been to. The service was great. The workers were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was fun and relaxing.

We were upgraded to a beautiful 1-br Oceanfront Suite upon arrival. From check-in to check-out, service was superior. Decor was beautiful! Amazing resort.
