Queens Hotel is really convenient and central. Bit tired inside these days and the rooms need a facelift - although my room pricing was at the low end so no complaints there. No wardrobe was very inconvenient- just a few coat hangers????. Fridge was just for storage- no refrigeration. Hated that and would affect my choice to rebook in the future

Yes, large room and comfy bed and everything, but also previous guest's body hair on the sink, marked dirty towels... Poor housekeeping really. I don't know what they spent all that 70 million quid uplifting the building for. I don't care about the pigeon crap outside my window, but that body hair in my bathroom turns my stomach upside down. Get your priorities right...

The queens is a fantastic building and well worth the cost to a certain extent, it is in the middyof Leeds city centre and conveniently accessible from the railway station, booking in was easy and I was pleasantly surprised when told I had been up graded, I was therefore surprised when I entered my room to see it was exactly the same size that I had stayed in back in march, the room was clean and tidy but due to it overlooking the city square it was very noisy, There is a lack of information in the room and one area they can improve on is to make it clear how to order room service via the TV,, The carpets in the room though clean is warn and shabby looking. The cosiarge on duty Saturday and Sunday morning of my stay over the rugby magic weekend is a credit to the hotel and he is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, overall I will stay again but would request a side room rather than a front facing room.

Lovely but roadworks are providing a challenge.
It’s a beautiful hotel. Just hope once the roadworks are complete some kind of access can be restored to the hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of shopping and restaurant places. Particularly happy that you do not even have to step outside of the train station, as the hotel can easily be accessed via a side entrance off the train station itself. Very clean, helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast and spacious room. Would definately stay here again.

Great hotel, centrally located in Leeds. Room was comfortable and had the added advantage of a walk in shower rather than a bath. The check in and check out was very efficient and the front of house staff polite, professional and helpful.
