Annual family trip to Liverpool
Great stay in Liverpool at the Crowne plaza. The place is the best hotel in Liverpool in our opinion with great rooms, excellent service and a wonderful buffet breakfast. Made use of the leisure facilities which are a bonus and will return again next year.

Property was old and not in the best condition, but can’t deny that the location was good and there was lots to do around the area in terms of sightseeing - a bit far from eateries though. The chlorine in the pool was a bit intense and overwhelming, gave me a headache. Breakfast had a fair amount of options and I really enjoyed the croissants. Bacon was tasty too. Overall, was a pleasure to stay for sightseeing but was pricey.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and i love it. Staff extremely happy and so helpful. The whole if the hotel is excellent food rooms and facities. It is quiet of a night but less than 5 mins into city centre. I highley recommend staying here. Breakfast choice superb. Well done

Excellent stay.
Quick and friendly check in. Andre on reception was great. Gave up tips and recommendations. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good selection at breakfast. Nice bar area and sitting area outside bar to look at the river. Walking distance of all we wanted to see. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay.
Amazing service from staff from check-in, to breakfast, to help with issues and check out! The room was spotless and we had an amazing view of the water. Breakfast was fantastic and a great variety for adults and children. The pool was great too and staff were really helpful.

Excellent stay.
Really nice place to stay with an easy walk to liverpool one. The staff couldnt be more spot on in all that they do. Everyone from the front of house was very welcoming with an efficient checkin. Plenty of room for parking. Its cheaper to park with them for 24 hours than it is with anybody else close by. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely catering to your needs. Overall, if you thinking about booking the hotel. Just book it.

Amazing hotel and staff
Amazing stay. All staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. On site parking good but a bit dear at £19 a night. Location perfect. Room was brill, bottled water a nice touch. Beds beyond comfy with exceptional bedding. Already planning our return visit.

Walking distance for sightseeing in Liverpool
A great hotel for a little extra luxury, with parking on site and walking distance from Albert Dock and the city centre amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are many dining options more inspiring than the hotel restaurant, but it seemed nice enough. One tip is that there is multi-storey parking at Capital Parking on the opposite side of the road for less than half price. The postcode is also confusing for satnavs but when you join New Quay the hotel is signposted.
