We stayed for 2 nights, good looking lobby, clean, comfortable beds and wonderful client services. On arrival, they gave us 2 chocolate cookies and 2 bottle of water. Bathtub and sink are a bit clog and unit is also a bit outdated. Close to the lovely Japanese town. I definitely will stay at this hotel again.

This property is dated and old. Needs work. Elevators take extremely long. The room had peeling wallpaper, dirty tiles, dirty fan cover and was dusty. The hotel does not provide any airport shuttles or any transportation. The area is noisy and seems unsafe to walk around in the evening/night. I would not stay here again, sorry. Some of the staff were nice.

The place is good , really good service but the area is noisy at night and feels unsafe to take a walk .

The lobby and the rooms are apparently deteriorating. The grouts in the bathtub area are old and disgusting! Ceiling has mold ! Wall paper is coming off ! Smelly carpets everywhere! Broken glass and mirrors in many places…. Etc I am going to demand a refund and perhaps dispute this charge!
