Property was great value for money. Room was huge, you could jog in it, lovely balcony, sun most of the day. Very personal quiet pool, towels there all day. What i liked about the hotel were the snack and drinks machines outside your rooms and the massive free ice machines. Staff in reception so helpful and lovely. You must download the uber app and book taxis everywhere, they are there in literally 5 mins at the hotel. Oh and the queen beds are super comfy, lovely bedding. They charge you over 200 dollars incase you break anything during your stay, but you get this back while you are there so it's fine. I would stay there again, we stayed 10 nights, ubers to Universal Studios, Disney, Graumans every other day, Griffith Observatory etc, the taxis state the amount before you book. Ooh and you can get anything delivered to your hotel e.g late night snacking on Uber. Free wifi for one person per room. Free safe in the room. Could of stayed longer x

It was a rough start. There was no water when we arrived. They were resetting it, they said it will be on in a hour. Two hours later no water! They offer pet accommodations (bed,food,toy) per their website and none f that was available

Great staff, great stay. Nice little hotel for our short trip in LA. The pool was super nice and actually deep! Parking is a little pricey however in and out privileges was great for us to travel around the city. The area around the hotel may not be so family friendly however we didn't mind it as we are just a young couple who aren't very picky.

This hotel is so adorable and clean. We stayed for only one night but because of how peaceful and quiet it was it felt like such a relaxing weekend i highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staffs are all amazing, especially Pil. The house keepers are all attentive and professional. The dining experiences we had every day were incredible, kudos to Adam who took care of us for food preparation. We initially only planned to stay 1 night and extended our stay for a long term. They are all trying to do their best with the positive attitude and energy. Gated parking for $40, per night. Worth it. Extremely safe environment to stay in the WeHo/central Hollywood/E Hollywood area. Not far from the Metro if you take public transportation. Everything you need is in walking distance for us, even thought we drive. Overall, We will continue to stay here and come back as loyal guests whenever we are in town. Everything here is above and beyond for us. We highly recommend this hotel for whom would like to make the reservation and enjoy their journey in Los Angeles. It worths every penny. Xoxoxoooo

This property was unique and right in Hollywood, which wad not how I pictured. It's not very appealing. But I gelt safe at the hotel as its gated. And A nice looking property.

We stayed at this hotel last night because we wanted a place close to the Greek Theater for a concert. In that case this place can't be beat. Literally on the same street and a short 15 minute UBER ride to the concert was awesome! The rooms are small, clean and safe. The check in staff were nice and helpful. The gift shop man is super nice and has everything you want and not too expensive. Parking was cheap for LA, and it's a gated closed lot, so the car was safe from whatever. So I will stay there again for sure if I have a concert to go to at the Greek. Now the negative: Had booked two rooms through Expedia. The other couple came down with Covid two days before, so I called and asked about cancelling one room. Nope. Non-refundable. I was good with that since I didn't buy the insurance, but when I checked in, the place was fully booked. I asked them if they wanted my extra room back, and they said no. If you ask me, that's freakin' lazy and for that I can't recommend them. And last, do not go down to the "bistro" on the basement level. Wanted two cups of coffee this morning since there was not an option in the room. Two cups, 18 bucks and 20 minutes later, I kinda had my order. I suggest that actually let customers pour their own cream in the cups! Maybe they will read this and make a couple changes, because this could be a great place for concerts!

Very rude front desk. They didn't help with anything they charged me.200 deposit but when other guest showed the didn't get charged only me then they gave me the worst roommever . It was infested with bugs they would not change or refund my room. They refused

Nice hotel with ample parking but it does cost $35 per night. Rooms were nice size; beds were very firm. Clean.
