My husband and I stayed one night to go to a concert nearby. We really enjoyed the contactless check-in process and not having to fumble around trying to find Key cards that don’t always work anyway The pool rooftop deck is really nice and a good place to enjoy views of the city. The staff we did interact with were very kind and personable.

I like that it was close to the fashion district. The staff was great and accommodating. What I didn’t like in particular that the beds sit really low and the tub sits really high. It was a little dangerous getting out of the shower.

Stayed here when this was Ace Hotel and tbh didn’t miss the changes. Feels more like an apt hotel (minus a kitchen) which works well for my style of travel. Parked around the corner in a covered garage — easy peasy. Cleaning staff super sweet, as well as the front desk staff. I’m familiar with this area so know what to expect. Loved my room with balcony. Check in/out and access all super easy!
