We paid £65 for one night without breakfast. The 2 x rooms had no windows. They were suffocatingly hot. I asked for an extra fan at 6.30pm. I had to ask again at 10pm and it arrived . I asked to change rooms but I was told they were full. The receptionist said they are hot rooms with a "cheap" price. I wouldn,t say £65 is cheap. Do not book these rooms if you stay there. I had the impression from the night reception staff that it was an inconvenience to speak to them. However, I did get extra tea and the lady in the morning was helpful with us leaving our bags for the morning. I wanted a drink in the bar at 10pm but nowhere to sit and the music was too loud to sit there so I didn,t bother. Hotel is in a perfect location for the shops, bars and the aoarena. I would stay again possibly in a room with a window.! Other rooms should not be on sale..use them as cupboards instead!

You get what you pay for
For the price, the room was fine. But the check-in desk was unbearable slow and they required all IDs so we had to queue twice. We were in a windowless room which was incredibly hot and there was only one small electric fan which we then had to leave on all night.

Hi i would like to say i have stayed here several time me and my partner and we have always enjoyed it. the only bad thing i can say never stay in a room without widows it to hot and you will not enjoy it. the second night we stay we paid for a room with windows great. when we spoke to the manger she up graded us with a small fee brilliant we are there ever second week. sharon williams

Bad experience. Yes when i booked, it said a room with no window. The heat of the room was horrendous. There was a fan, which we had on full all night but still too hot, dangerously so. The air con unit did not blow cold air at all.
