Good location, clean
Qwerky looking hotel. Well located. I stayed there for the half marathon and was able to get to Old Trafford within 15minutes. Clean hotel, did exactly what I needed. Only thing I would like is that if it had a bath rather than just shower, but that is not a deal breaker.

Great for a Manchester visit
The receptionist who booked me in on the 16th was very helpful and efficient. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. The room was clean and comfortable. I've stayed there several times and have had no complaints. The location is perfect for me and great for getting around both central Manchester and the outlying towns and markets. The cost of breakfast is its only weakness.

The hotel was lovely, nice,clean and fresh looking. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. But when we realised there was only 1 pillow each on the bedroom, we asked staff to bring more, while we were out for the day. When we came back in the evening there was still only 1 each. I contacted reception to ask again for more pillows, they told me there should be some in top of the wardrobe, which there wasn’t, I explained to the staff that there were no other pillows and I needed 2 pillows for my self due to my back and another for my husband as 1 pillow isn’t enough to sleep with. We were told there were no more pillows to give out. My husband went down to reception to speak to the staff, he was told that they can’t go in the rooms without housekeeping so could only give us 1 available pillow. He then provided us with the one pillow and a duvet.

Great stay. Quirky design. Convenient location, close to station and taxi rank directly outside. Clean and well equipped room/ bathroom. Quick check in and felt safe with key card system on external door. Good night sleep. Paid extra for breakfast - good but variety didn't match up to the photos & cooked would have been nice to have had tomatoes and mushrooms.

Staff great very nice and friendly. Mattress on bed bit thin id recommend thicker mattress. Room was fine clean WiFi great. Key card for lift bit of pain I'd recommend do away with that allows for freer movement.
