I like the ,room ,clean ,well decorated. Comfortable clean bed nd linen. Bit noisy early morning, when rubbish collection. Price good .staff si friendly and helpful. Good location .

Front of house was absolutely un accommodating when asking if the room was nice or if we could have a late check out due to travelling all day and evening. The room stank like an ashtray and it had dirty extractor fan air blowing around the room. The air con was blowing around cold air and didn’t turn off even after pressing off or trying to adjust it to warm heat. The door wouldn’t lock properly so you can imagine how unsafe I felt. After attempting to sleep for 3 hours I went down and thankfully a more compassionate staff member named Paul was able to sympathise with our dialemma and didn’t look surprised and provided us a late check out. He was the only redeeming factor at this shambles of an establishment. And to top it off we came to find out a window was left open that we didn’t even know was there. We certainly will not be returning. If anything we should be re imbursed for the trauma

in terms of the hotel, thw room and cleanliness were good the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good. Nice location. The only issue we had that was beyond control of the hotel was noisy neighbours up to 3am each night. complained and the staff dealt with it!!
