On Saturday, 6th July, the staff in the restaurant were more interested in a football match that was being shown on a television screen to guests in the bar area. They treated my enquiries about food and menu options with indifference and a lack of interest. I went to a nearby restaurant owing to this abysmal service. My room was clean and comfortable! The cleaner had failed to pay sufficient attention to the skirting boards which were dusty. Very pleasant reception staff on arrival and on departure.

Fabulous hotel!
Lovely hotel with exceptionally high standards. We had a fabulous room, very comfortable king size bed, good room service where my food was still hot! Not always the case in other hotels. Friendly staff. Stay here again!
