Good - no noise from the aircraft, nice facilities and reception staff Poor - Smithy’s staff, plenty of noise from corridor and ajoining rooms Uber - not sure if its on Uber or the hotel just note you can’t get an uber from the hotel, it just defaults to the T1 departures uber rank (5min walk)
