Closeness to both domestic and international terminals from Ibis. Room 306's shower drainage system was slow to drain and built up likely to flood the shower tray. Forgot to mention this to reception prior checking out. I ended up removing the centre piece that drained with out blocking up.

Very disappointed that due to a booking error using wotifs platform there was no flexibility to change the booking date from Ibis hotel. This meant that they were booked out and could not accommodate me on the night I was intending to stay, and the entire payment was lost.

We got a double bed, dirty floors and very old furniture, desperately needed a good clean and painting. Breakfast was overpriced so didn’t eat. Won’t stay again.

It’s conveniently located near both airports ,train station and lots of eateries within walking distance. The shuttle provided by the hotel is a plus because regular taxi and Huber cost a whole lot more from the airport to the hotel even though it’s just few minutes away.

Window shade in the room did not close. I engineered closing it by hanging my Steel toe capped boots by the laces from the closing handle. I attempted to call reception 4 × 4 this and wake up call.And no one answered the phone
