"BLUE GULLY VIEW BEACH HOUSE" - MOUNT MARTHA is an immaculately presented, 5 bedroom, architecturally designed home which is built over 3 levels. The house sits up high above a lush green native bush gully and has spectacular 180 degree views across the bay that span from the You Yangs in the west to Melbourne CBD and extend to the Dandenong Ranges in the east. It is rare to find such a beautiful combination of views and colours - energising green's from the native bush gully combined with soothing blue's of the bay and sky.

We had 10 ladies stay in the property for a reunion weekend, I could not speak any more highly of the property or the host. Sue was always contactable, had the aircon on for our arrival and checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly. The house itself is outstanding and had all the amenities and rooms you could desire. We have stayed at many places over the years but this was by far the best place we’ve all stayed. Looking forward to visiting again.

Spacious and beautiful home with everything you need for a trip away. We made use of the spa, foosball table and pizza oven and loved soaking in that amazing view. We had everything we needed which made for a very comfortable stay. The only thing that differed from the description is that the listing mentioned 3 levels and room for 6 cars, but we only had access to 2 levels and 1 two-car garage (there was still room in the driveway for two other cars + street parking). Despite this, it was still a great stay and we highly recommend Blue Gully View Beach House.

Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean. Amazing facilities, felt like a slice of luxury. Huge place with lots of room for everyone (we were a group of 8 adults), we never felt on top of each other. Beautiful views from the terrace and amazing location, easy access to the beach and shop. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely has the wow factor.

Overall nice - although probably too pricey for the property in question
We had a pleasant stay at the property and Sue was helpful and accomodating in relation to our requests for early check-in/late check-out. However, our only critique would be that the property was a bit dusty, older than what the marketing material indicated and the indoor spa had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to our visit. This was disappointing as I had flagged the issue with Sue prior to our stay because we were bringing our toddler who was allergy sensitive after reading previous comments stating the same concern around dust. Given the property was pitched as a high end luxury home and the pricing, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. However, we still enjoyed the property overall.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Beds & rooms were excellent, quality linen & Home Republic/ Sheridan towels. Kitchen large & very user friendly with large groups . Outdoor spa, was fabulous- lovely to sit and relax with friends. 2 large living areas very comfortable. All rooms including bedrooms, had TVs & some form of heating (not that we used them). All living areas had fabulous views of the bay & the city. Large deck, which we couldn’t use due to rain. Cons- driveway could be difficult for some drivers- large Toyota Landcruiser with roof racks couldn’t fit in garage . Tiles to front door slippery when wet. Would we stay again- yes, definitely
