We rented an apartment in the middle of winter in Melbourne and upon arrival notified management that there was no hot water in the shower and that the main bedroom window was stuck open. Management asked us to turn on just the hot water which only achieved low lukewarm results. They said they would get a handyman to fix the window but did not do this. On our last day, they offered a plumber to check our water. My daughter and I were very disappointed with the service.
