The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area located at the front of the home provides ample space for multiple families. The crisp white kitchen provides a perfect environment to prepare and entertain. Ample cupboards filled with all your dining requirements. Gas hot plates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine & much more. The large outdoor entertaining deck is a delightful place to enjoy alfresco entertaining; private, and with a perfect north-east aspect, whether toasting to the good life whilst basking in the sunshine, or sharing a delicious meal from the kitchen or on the BBQ, and a glass or two of Australian wine under the is a truly special place to celebrate and relax.

LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided for every booking for number of guests. *Additional 2 single trundle beds to sleep up to 2 children will be provided by request only, located in Bedroom 4. $50 per bed pn applies except for 7 nights or more.
PETS
A pet is welcome by application only and at the owners discretion to approve. Please do not book then request as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Stay Levy applies. Pets must remain in the front half of the house, and not beyond the hallway door, which leads to carpeted bedrooms. The front half of the house is floor boards. Guests must bring a pet bed and your pet is to remain outdoors during the day.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
