This apartment is located on Chapel Street at the Yarra River end, with cafes at our doorstep in every direction, plus so much more nearby. The Olsen Hotel and the Como Hotel are a stone's throw away allowing visitors to join available sightseeing tours. Woolworths and adjoining shopping centre, including Chemist and ATMs across the road.
South Yarra is one of the most in demand suburbs of Melbourne and it's easy to see why. Chapel Street bustles with boutique browsers with a lively club and bar scene, while Toorak Road is a more classic, restrained strip of high-end stores and restaurants, and Domain Road is a quiet enclave of parkside cafes. Movie lovers can catch a flick at the Jam Factory or there is also the independent Como Cinema (which is about 400m from this apartment). Also the Botanical Gardens are in this neighbourhood and are only a 10-15 minute walk away.
The bus which travels on Alexandra Ave can be reached in 2 minutes, easy travelling to Rod Laver Arena/ Tennis Centre and top end of Melbourne CBD. Tram out the front connects to St Kilda and Richmond. Train from South Yarra Station (10min walk) connects to CBD, including Southern Cross - for further connection to Flemington Racecourse and the Melbourne International Airport via the Sky Bus. Taxi rank just outside the Como Hotel - 5 min walk.
The home will be yours for the duration of your stay. Guests have full access to the property exclusive of some locked storage cupboards.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
