The property was awesome. It was better than I expected it to be. Walkable to shops and food. The staff was polite and courteous. The food in the hotel was good too.Hampton will be my number 1 pick on my future trips to Miami.

No pool until 2025!
I was really disappointed to find there was no pool. It was not reflected in the price of the hotel. The rest of the hotel was ok. Clean room, comfortable my bed. Air conditioning was loud so we turned it off to enable us to sleep. Coffee was as always available. Check in staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful but got busy at about 8.30am. They replenished food quickly. There were no fruit platters like the photos. I can't enthuse about the place as I was not told about the pool. Serious renovation and will not be ready for some time.

Letdown
The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we were down for a quick one night getaway only to find out the pool was closed for renovation. It had been closed since July. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Good stay
Pool is under construction and not operational. They do not advertise this. However, we had a pleasant stay other than our kids being disappointed. Lady at front desk said it is on the website but it is not.
