On checking in we were welcomed with a couple of cold drinks and crisps which was unexpected. We were also given two vouchers for a free drink at the bar due to the pool being closed. The checkin was excellent and the member of staff was very friendly. In reaching our room it was spacious and extremely clean. During our stay we had no trouble with noise from outside, but on one night we had a noisy neighbour next door, the hotel security/staff when informed sorted this within minutes. Breakfast though similar everyday with variations was enjoyable and started the day for us around Miami. Checkout was straight forward with no issues, overall an enjoyable 10 night stay and we would stay again if visiting Miami.

The locatiion Room and facilities are good but at 1 am when I was sleeping the fire alarm alert about low battery all night so I couldn’t sleep .I called the reception they said their is nobody to fixed this so I had to move to another room for the night. I had a terriblle night think that this is not right

The stay was amazing. Staff were pleasant and facility was very clean. Area was in a great centralized location. Many shops and dining options. It did suck that the pool and jacuzzi were closed for repairs but amazing that they give you a voucher to access another pool. Unfortunately, it’s a few minutes driving distance and you have to pay to park there. Continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Overall it was a great 3 night, 4 day stay. Will stay here again.

We stayed here after coming back from our cruise. We absolutely loved the area and the food and beverage options. We were not far from Bayside which we enjoyed. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that the pool was closed for renovations. We were looking forward to continuing our vacation near a pool. Aside from that everything was wonderful and the staff was amazing. Hotel was very clean!

Stayed here for one night before getting on a cruise. Great location, close to many restaurants and the big mall. We walked everywhere. We would stay here again.

This hotel is pretty awesome. It has everything. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. They have a complete breakfast with lots of choices. They even give you a drink voucher for a free drink in the bar for every night that you stay there. There are lots of dining options in the area, a grocery store and close to free local transportation to go out and explore the area. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise port for a small fee if needed. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely stay again.
