10/10!!! This hotel is gorgeous and kicked off my beach vacation in a luxurious vibe. I did notice some hair in my bathroom when I checked in. And the person next to me had a dog in their room and could hear it which was extremely annoying. Can’t say the dog was the hotels fault. Outside of that, very pleased with this property and will stay here again

A 3-Day Mini Vacay B4 the Cruise
The Intercontinental Miami was an awesome hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when I had to go to the front desk 3 times after 12 midnight because of noisy neighbors. After that 3rd time there was no more noise. The breakfast package is a MUST!!!! Don't cheat yourself out of a really breakfast. Additionally, they have a lot of the breakfast staples, but they also add in a lot of additional items as well to choose from. The made-to-order omelets are kick-ass. The only two gripes, 1. don't go out to eat and you bring leftovers back thinking you will heat it up in your room later. There are no microwaves in these rooms, however, there is a microwave you can use in the concierge office on the main level. Just let the concierge desk know you need to heat something up. That will let you with no issues. And 2. there is no self-service on-site laundry facilities. Yet, the Intercontinental Miami has a partnership with the Courtyard Marriott which is a block away if you want to wash your own clothes. Again, let the concierge know and they will give you directions. Outside of those two minor (at least for me) inconveniences I would definitely stay at the Intercontinental Miami again!!!!!

The hotel was amazing!! Beautiful & clean, my room was spacious and very comfortable. Check in was HORRIBLE!! They could not have my reservation and could not use the info that I provided from Hotels.com. After a 45 min wait standing at guest services, I was finally given a room. I noticed after check out that my credit card was charged $35 for parking even though my reservation with you included parking.

Too crowded! Too many stairs for handicapped. No microwave or refrigerator really is ridiculous considering the prices at the restaurant. Only one to eat. Too pricy for what you get and parking 54 dollars a day and so many extra taxes!!! I would not recommend unless you are rich
