I had a stay over in Miami due to Hurricane Milton and chose the Mandarin rather than stay overnight at the airport. Christopher at the front desk was very accommodating for my late night check-in and the view from the room was great.

Like the place but need more stuff provided in the room like slippers and should be notify before booking that there will be zero complimentary food or drinks and you have to drop a deposit before you can sleep in already booked hotel

My experience was fantastic! The service was impeccable, the rooms were luxurious (although a bit outated) with amazing bay views, and the dining was top-notch. Highly recommend for a perfect, relaxing getaway.
