My go to hotel in Newcastle.
This is my go to hotel when visiting Newcastle. Not only is it across the street from the train station, it is a lovely hotel which is so reasonable priced. Breakfast is included in price and very tasty. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you will need. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We were able to get into the room early which was great! Highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to our next trip.

From start to leaving we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Very convenient if travelling by train and easy to get around from it postion. Good standard rooms and good breakfast not a large choice but very adequate. Staff very helpful.

Down in Newcastle for work. The hotel is a bit tired. Staff are lovely but as your slap bang in the middle of town the place is a bit rowdy to say the least

Located opposite the train station. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Check in is efficient. Breakfast is often busy and average. Well connected to the metro, and a short 10 minute walk up to the shopping centre.

On arrival the staff was very welcoming. Checking in very prompt . Lifts work ( always a plus ) . Room very clean & adequate. Bathroom very clean & well stocked with toiletries & towels . This hotel is a credit to the staff, they where all fantastic , the hotel is ideally situated opposite the station, handy for all the amenities, the free breakfast was a wonderful addition, my only gripe is the glass in the toilet/shower door, it needs replacing with something you cannot see through, it is so impersonation, overall, great hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, however the fabric on chair in the room was stained, a few minutes cleaning would resolve this. The breakfast was excellent. Watching people use the waffle maker was entertaining. We will stay again.

Solid hotel at a great price. Very convenient to the central train station and central Newcastle. Good breakfast buffet as well. Room is comfortable and modern with a good little workspace if needed.
