Modern hotel with occasional quirks

New hotel with modern, clean rooms. One problem I had is that the fan in the bathroom can never be turned off, so I had to listen to the noise whenever I was in my room. There was also an odd cologne fragrance that I am sure is being pumped into the room that I had to deal with.
