Drove from out of State for an 8 day stay. Had an excellent time at this hotel. PROS: ~Check in was easy and fast ~Clean, roomy, comfortable 2 queen beds, bedroom suite. Pull out sofa bed was comfortable for kid. It might be a bit hard for an adult. Had enough pillows and blankets ~Housekeeping refreshed room every other day ~Kitchenette was clean and had all utensils, pots, pans, etc. Refrigerator was big, clean, brand new ~Free breakfast every day, 6-9 weekdays and 6-10 weekends. Try to get there early, gets busy near closing. The food offering was good, they rotated between, sausage, ham bacon etc daily. I did not enjoy the scrambled eggs too much (maybe just me). Waffles were delicious. Waffle line gets long an times but they serve you once you are in the line before the 9:00 am close ~Wide variety of food options 25 mins away. Loved the World Food Truck. Meals were as little as $15 per person ~Convenient, easy parking for $10 daily ~Free shuttle to Disney parks… if you can reserve a spot that is… see cons for more ~Located less than 20 mins from Disney parks if driving ~ Pool big, clean and constantly stocked with fresh towels. No lifeguard. ~ Was a bit noisy a few nights with our neighbors above. Chalked it up to excited, tired, overstimulated kids visiting Disney…. CON: ~The shuttle- https://maingate.net/Shuttle_Reservations.aspx ~Only has 50 spots and services multiple hotels. ~You can only reserve as early as 24 hrs before our start time. Stay on top of this!!

I would definitely recommend this hotel . Great swimming pool, free coffee at all times . Staff are polite, breakfast options superb. The whole area around hotel is beautiful. Can’t think of anything bad to say about it . You may encounter 2 or 3 ants about but overall their no problem

Loved the pool area and used the bbq quite a bit. The included breakfast was a bonus as was the Wednesday evening happy hours. Staff was fantastic. It was nice to have the Flamingo Crossing Shopping centre nearby. Great options for restaurants. A great stay, highly recommended and would definitely return.

The property has a nice pool. It has some fast food options nearby and one restaurant nearby. The transportation options to Disney are very limited unless you take a taxi daily to the parks. You must sign up for the transportation and it fills up fast. The room was very spacious but they only clean it every other day. The breakfast buffet was very good but most days they close it at 9am; go early because it gets very crowded between 8 and 9. Everything seemed new and clean. I would recommend the hotel overall if on a budget.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was very clean and comfortable, was convenient to Disney and we loved the Mickey waffles and swimming pool. Only experience that was not 5 stars was that our room was not available for our check in time so we had to wait an hour after check in time and system was down when checking out so did not get a receipt. But staff was kind and we will definitely be back for our next Orlando stay!

Stay somewhere else, it was an extremely bad experience. The key cards to get into the room would not work for multiple days, I was accused of not providing a credit card when I checked in and the manager threatened to immediately check out my family from the hotel. My family felt extremely unsafe and I almost had to call the police to get help with the the hotel manager. It was later determined that I had provided a credit card when I checked in but there were multiple training issues with their staff. The hotel had a huge smoke smell on our floor and it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to investigate. The night manager did not know how to set the wakeup call system. The shuttle to Disney was a disaster...drive to Disney. The pool smells funny. This is the first time I can say I was greatly concerned for the safety of my family while staying at a hotel. I was extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel with a good range of free breakfast. Rooms were clean and large. Staff friendly - easy to get to the parks but there is not much around the hotel for food
