The drawers would open by themselves, along with the bathroom smelling like sweat odor. The pool was also not working at the time we stayed but other than that, the cleanliness wasn't too bad. It's a decent place with good surrounding areas. It has a nice kids play place and the cost here is cheap, so overall this place isn't too bad.

The property didn't share that the pool was being worked on and was thus not only out of commission, but it was also very dirty and noisy. We were switched to their "sister hotel" - the Palazzo, which was much nicer but less kid friendly.

Staff was nice, I think the only thing I thought they can improve on is having more hot breakfast options. When I got to breakfast almost everything was finished and there was only sausage and eggs available for hot breakfast. Would be nice to have potatoes or something. But other than that..the room was clean the bathroom was good but could use an upgrade for shower head. I enjoyed it

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Helped me check in early, went that extra mile for me several times. The room was clean and most importantly, as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe.

Stayed three nights, weird and dirty stains on the walls, and counters, all nights we found bugs or spiders on the roof and floors. Housekeeping only comes every three days, no exceptions even at your request. When I asked for extra towels and the trash to be cleaned at the very least, I was provided the trash bags to take care of it myself. The more we stayed the less we liked anything about this place. Did not expect this type of service and experience even after paying 30 additional dollars per night for their “resort fee”. I hope to never stay here again.

Pool was closed and there was no notice until you check in, breakfast is basic and the staffs attitudes are just terrible with no care at this point. A bug also crawling in the room is also not acceptable. It is what it is at this point because none of the staff care.
