Lovely hotel, customer service was excellent friendly and warm welcome. Accommodation was cosy clean, warm and quiet. Free parking definitely a bonus in Oxford. Less than a mile walk into city centre. We had lunch and breakfast which was well presented and very tasty. Would definitely recommend

Everything was as I had hoped. The location was excellent. I could walk everywhere. My room was comfortable and well-maintained. The TV selections were limited, however. Apart from that, my stay was quite enjoyable.

Nice room, friendly staff, very good food morning and evening, ample car parking (which really matters in Oxford, where street parking in the centre is outrageously expensive). Only problem was that I couldn't get the radiator in my room to work. Acceptable now (the heated towel rail did work), but will be a problem in winter.

Absolutely fantastic place with a wonderful staff. Beautiful house with lovely rooms, a great restaurant, and a cozy little bar and reading room. Perfect location.
