Not at all as advertised. It’s old dark and the smell of air freshener was overwhelming and nauseating. There is no pool , it has been under reconstruction for a long time. No one is working on it. Needs a lot of work inside and out

My observation
The bathroom shower faucet below needs to be fixed. Water runs the sane time as the shower. The fitness needs improvement. It smells a lil bit but could use more equipment. Maybe AC or fan in there.

Never disappoints with clean, safe environment and comfortable beds. Breakfast is complimentary, so not bad either. Not in walkable distance to much, but the area is very nice and the hotel is well kept.

The front office was rude. They gave a room with smoke smell and when we complained they said they handed a room spray and asked us to accommodate with it. The food for breakfast is joke and very unhealthy options. exterior was rubbish. Bed was most uncomfortable bed we ever slept on, it had no support. My wife got a back ache in two days we stayed there. I will not stay there again.

Couple of things: * I found an used soap - left over by a previous occupant - in the bathroom. Obviously the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. * The bedside alarm clock was broken. When I lifted it up to set it, I found a small puddle of some kind of fluid (water/alcohol) underneath. So, the bedside table was not thoroughly cleaned either. I reported this to he front desk and no effort was made to fix/replace the broken alarm clock, even on the second day of my stay there. * In most of the hotels I stayed over the years, housekeeping staff will come to tidy up the room, even if the bed linens were not changed, and replenish any supplies. It did NOT happen here in this hotel. I booked this hotel, believing it was a 3-star one. Based on my experience they do not deserve a 3-star rating. Hope my experience there was an anomaly, and not all the guests have had similar unsatisfactory stay, due to the way it is being operated./managed.

So the non-smoking hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. The room reeked of carpet cleaner, used to cover up animal smells. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. AND the toilet hadn't been cleaned and was gross
