A very basic hotel
I waiting over 20 minutes to check in to the hotel, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in the line. It was late and I was tired. It took me a while to find my room and the path to get to it was poorly lit. The room was very basic. No water bottle. The bedding was very lightweight. I was very cold throughout the night. This is a very basic hotel. I prefer some more perks. The shuttle driver was really lovely.

Arrived late evening so we just stayed but in retrospect we should have found another spot. Room was freezing and heater never pushed out heat. Real cockroach (not palmetto bug) means dirty not just location. Bed hard and top cover dirty. Didn't dare sit on couch, Housekeeping staff stood outside our room talking loudly (6 of them) for about an hour. Obviously they do that instead of clean.

We did not need the high chair. We a had a good experience. Our stay was interrupted twice by maintenance becase of a leaky water heater (discovered on second visit by maintenance). My wife did not like that our kids sleep was disturbed by second visit because of power tools needed.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and when I called to book my shuttle, they told me that the shuttle stopped running at 9 PM and my flight arrived at midnight. I would recommend putting the times of the shuttle so that people know you will be unable to take the shadow at a certain time.

Good morning. I made a reservation for a hotel in Tampa and the system confirmed the date for the 20th to the 21st of November and I booked it for the 19th to the 20th. At the hotel reception the receptionist added the correct night from the 19th to the 20th. Yesterday when I went to check out I was confirmed Expedia will be responsible for refunding the amount. I request a refund to my credit card. Thank you very much. Expedia is the one who needs to resolve this. Please request a refund of the excess amount. I used it one night and was charged for two.
