The room was clean and quiet, We requested late checkout and was honored. They also stored our luggage after checkout. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. Location is very convenient for public transport and walking.

The hotel is walkable to Fisherman's Wharf. So there are a lot of dining and shopping options available around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big TVs in the rooms. Due to the location of the hotel to the wharf, there are a lot of loud cars and cars playing loud music that constantly are driving by at all hours. That is not the hotel's fault, but it doesn't make it the quietest location. Daily cleaning service was offered when we checked in, however, we did not receive it. They seemed to come every other day instead. Which is fine, but then don't offer it daily. Definitely would recommend overall though.

Close to fisherman’s wharf and pier 39. Many restaurants and souvenir shops within a short walking distance. No complaints from our 2 night stay. Would recommend.

We arrived at 3:00 to check-inn. Since it was too early to have the room, we asked if they can store ou luggage and if we can have the car parked. They agree but the guy in charge of the valet parking arrive 15 min later. We asked to go to the bathroom but they said that because we did not have the key yet, they had only one bathroom but it was occupied. When we arrived later to have our rooms, they said they were not available because of a computer problem and we had to go to another hotel.

Staff very kind and hotel itself clean, enjoyed having the garage valet parking. But the area around was noisy. Woke up several times in the night due to outside noise. A good convenient location. Lots in walkable distance.

Great location, close to nice and good restaurants. There was a problem with the wifi connection, we couldn’t connect our phones at all, the day before checkout the we were able to do it.

This is a block off the main drag for the Wharf area. It's pretty typical for most of the city. Homeless people numbers are down and looks like the city has moved a lot of them out of this area.

Great location but...
My daughter and I stopped here during our road trip. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. They gave us a map and some recommendations which was helpful.The room was clean and comfortable but we looked directly into the parking garage so we could not open the drapes. We were disappointed that the cost of parking was almost $60 and the garage was pretty shady so we parked and ran to the staircase. Alternatively, we could have paid for valet for around $65 but I couldn't make that decision because the front desk didn't know how much the garage cost. Would stay again but would find alternative parking and ask for a view.

Convenient to South End Rowing Club for Alcatraz swim. Not happy about extra hidden charges. Other than that hotel situated in a great place. Check in /out easy. 3rd time staying here worked out for out team of swimmers.
