Everything was satisfactory apart from when we asked for a cot for our 1 year old. I asked 3 times in an hour and a half for one and finally got it way past my child’s bed time. And when the staff member arrived she was rude about it. Terrible service

Swimming pool facilities was great . General feel, vibe and decor very confortable. Rooms spacious . We went for my sons birthday and he kindly got a free desert . Only thing i would say is room service menu for children was not fancy , no plain option.

Have stayed several times previously but this time disappointing. We reported our telephone in room not working on first day but never got fixed. There was no soap in dispenser for shower in room. Only 1 lift appeared to be working so quite long waits sometimes. Both mornings when had breakfast the floor was very dirty.
